Rough selection based on size Make a rough selection based on the size (diameter and length) of the gear motor. 2. Selection of gear ratio Confirm the power supply voltage to be provided to the DC motor and select a gear ratio from the DC gear motor specifications, referring to the allowable rated torque and rated speed. Note that the torque to use actually must be lower than the rated torque of the DC gear motor.

The influence of lubrication mode on the efficiency of reducer The lubrication mode of gears is determined by the pitch speed of gears. Oil bath lubrication can be used when the pitch speed is not very high. The loss of stirring oil in oil bath lubrication is related to tooth width, gear circumference speed, oil immersion depth, oil viscosity and other factors.
