In order to intelligently open and close the door with stable control, ZHAOWEI has designed an electric tailgate push rod motor, whose basic structure is composed of two mandrel drive rods. The owner can open and close the tailgate by remotely controlling the key to the car or the button in the car. It can even realize that by a kicking action. This is because the drive rod is composed of an inner tube and an outer tube. The thread spindle in the inner tube is driven by a motor and a gearbox, which is fixed on the thread nut inside the outer tube. The electric pushrod takes advantage of an electric spindle located in the motor inside the pole to open and close the trunk lid. The spring also assists in opening the lid. Then, the built-in electric suction device will function in the final closing process, which can automatically close and lock the tailgate. Besides, this solution adopts DC permanent magnet motor with the trunk ejector gearbox to intelligently open the trunk.

 

The intelligent electric tailgate features a wireless remote control, manual-automatic integration, intelligent anti-pinch, abnormity warning, and an electrified suction lock.
